Mandy Smith
Mandy has over 20 years of settlement and title experience and processing before coming to SWVA. During her career, she has been employed by attorney’s offices and title companies in the Roanoke Valley. Her knowledge is widespread and includes processing all aspects of the closing process for residential, commercial, and industrial transactions. Her customer service is second to none.
Tammi Wood
Tammi has over 20 years of working with the local government and Community Development prior to coming to SWVA. She and Mandy work together to process closing packages, and Tammi underwrites title insurance policies for Fidelity National Title Insurance Company. Tammi is a licensed Producer/Agent.
